Each recommended daily dose of 2 capsules provides 2,500 mg of creatine monohydrate, including 2,200 mg of creatine.

The official serving size of 2 capsules of this product provides 2.2 g of creatine; therefore, it does not, on its own, meet the 3 g threshold associated with this claim. Creatine 1250 Mega Caps® is suitable for both strength-building phases and performance-maintenance routines.

The formula is intentionally simple. It consists primarily of micronized creatine monohydrate, supplemented with microcrystalline cellulose and an anti-caking agent. The capsule shell is made of gelatin; therefore, this product is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
