Omega (50 gummies)

Omega (50 gummies) by Weider is a dietary supplement in gummy form that provides a combination of plant-based omega-3, -6, and -9 fatty acids. Its formula is based on three plant-based oils— perilla oil, flaxseed oil, and chia oil— combined into a convenient, chewable format for daily use.

Unlike many omega-3 supplements traditionally made from fish oil, this product is 100% plant-based. Weider uses plant sources that are naturally rich in various fatty acids, particularly flax and chia, two seeds commonly used in plant-based diets.

A serving of 2 gummies provides 124 mg of perilla oil, 40 mg of flaxseed oil, and 20 mg of chia oil. This combination bringstogether several plant-based sources of fatty acids in a single daily dose.

The formula is based primarily on carob and apple extracts, apple pulp, and pectin, combined with the various plant-based oils. Weider’s Omega is available in a lime flavor, offering a fruitier alternative to traditional fatty acid supplements.

With its three plant-based oils and vegan formulation, Weider Omega is an attractive option if you’re looking for a plant-based fatty acid supplement in a more convenient and delicious format than traditional capsules.
