Yam Nutrition 's Whey Protein (1 kg) is a whey concentrate designed to easily supplement your daily protein intake, whether after a workout, as a snack, or in your recipes. Its formula is based primarily on whey protein concentrate derived from milk.
The protein content may vary depending on the flavor. Up to 29.6 g of protein per 40 g serving, or 74 g of protein per 100 g. Yam Nutrition generally lists a protein content of about 70 g per 100 g, depending on the flavor. Protein helps build and maintain muscle mass.
