ABE Ultimate Pre-workout (315g ) is a best-seller from the famous brand Applied Nutrition.
This pre-workout has been developed to take you beyond your limits during your workouts. It combines highly renowned ingredients recognized for their ability to boost physical performance.
In this powerful combination of ingredients, you'll find 3.25 g of creatine monohydrate, including 3 g of creatine. Creatine plays a role in improving physical capacity during successive bouts of very intense exercise, the effect being achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
The caffeine present in this pre-workout, at 200 mg per dose, helps limit the effects of fatigue.
You'll also find 2 g of beta-alanine and 4 g of citrulline, two very popular amino acids. They play a role in muscle recovery and sports performance. Citrulline also improves muscle congestion during exercise.
Vitamins are also present in this booster, making it a very complete formula, with 100 µg vitamin B12 and 80 mg vitamin B3. These two vitamins contribute to normal energy metabolism.
