Night (60 caps ) is a dietary supplement in capsule format from Biotech Usa.
Composed of several active ingredients, Night (60 caps) plays a role in melatonin production. Melatonin is the sleep hormone, produced naturally in the body and used to regulate sleep. It is produced by the pineal gland in the middle of the pubic bone. Melatonin production can be hampered in everyday life by natural or artificial light, and/or stress.
In 1 dose, i.e. 2 capsules, you'll find :
- 350 mg Morello cherries (Prunus creasus fruit extract)
- 350 mg autumn margarine flower (Tanacetum panthenium stem and leaf extract)
- 300 mg of the amino acid L-tryptophan
L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid, which converts to serotonin, helps control mood, and contributes to stress reduction.
Most adults need between 6 and 9 hours' sleep a day. For athletes, it's even more important to get good, regular, restorative sleep, as this is when recovery and muscle building take place.
Too little sleep can cause daytime fatigue, weight instability and reduced sporting performance.
Take 1 capsule 1 hour before bedtime with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
