Platinum EAA+ (400g) is a complex of essential amino acids developed by the brand Muscletech.
EAAs (essential amino acids) are nutrients that the human body cannot synthesize on its own. They must therefore be supplied through the diet or food supplements. Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins.
There are nine essential amino acids: leucine, isoleucine, valine, lysine, threonine, methionine, phenylalanine, tryptophan and histidine. With a total of 7 g of EAA, these ingredients are essential for rapid recovery and strength gain. Platinum EAA+ also contains 4.5 g of BCAAs, branched-chain amino acids. BCAAs play a key role in supporting muscle protein synthesis.
This formula is enriched with electrolytes, which promote hydration, helping to maintain water balance and replenish elements lost during exercise.
Platinum EAA+ is available in two flavours: Fruit Punch and Apple.
