Egg protein (1kg) from Nutrimuscle is a practical and effective alternative to milk protein, ideal if you want to increase your protein intake while avoiding lactose. Made from pasteurized egg whites, it offers a simple, no-frills composition and excellent everyday versatility.
In terms of nutrition, it has a high protein content: 82 g per 100 g, i.e. approximately 24.6 g of protein per 30 g portion. Protein helps maintain and increase muscle mass, as well as maintaining normal bone structure, making it a relevant choice as part of a balanced diet and active lifestyle.
