Premium Amino Intra Workout (800 g) by Weider is a powdered intra-workout drink mix formulated to be consumed during your workout. It combines the 9 essential amino acids (EAAs), L-glutamine, a blend of maltodextrins, and several minerals, including magnesium and calcium.
One serving provides 8.8 g of EAAs, 1.5 g of L-glutamine, and 24 g of carbohydrates. The formula contains all 9 essential amino acids: L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-lysine, L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-tryptophan, L-histidine, and L-methionine.
Of these, the three BCAAs account for 6 g per serving, with 3 g of L-leucine, 1.5 g of L-isoleucine, and 1.5 g of L-valine. These essential amino acids cannot be synthesized in sufficient quantities by the body and must therefore be obtained through diet.
In addition to this amino acid blend , each serving contains 1.5 g of L-glutamine . Rather than offering only EAAs, Weider combines amino acids, carbohydrates, and electrolytes in a single drink to be consumed during your workout.
The formula also provides 24 g of carbohydrates per serving, primarily in the form of maltodextrins.This amount provides an easily digestible source of carbohydrates during a workout, particularly during long or demanding training sessions.
