Protein helps build and maintain muscle mass, making this whey particularly suitable after a strength training session, for breakfast, or between meals when your diet doesn’t provide enough to meet your needs.
Its nutritional profile remains balanced , with 3.9 g of carbohydrates—including just 1.4 g of sugars—and 1.5 g of fat per shaker. This gives you a versatile protein source that can support both muscle gain and a more controlled diet, provided you factor it into your overall energy needs.
The formula naturally provides a complete amino acid profile. One serving provides approximately 2.8 g of leucine, 1.7 g of isoleucine, and 1.6 g of valine—for a total of about 6.1 g of naturally occurring BCAAs.
It also contains nearly 4.9 g of glutamic acid per serving. These amino acids come directly from whey protein and are not added separately. The blend of concentrate and isolate results in a creamier texture than whey isolate alone, while maintaining good mixability.
The powder mixes quickly in a shaker with water, but can also be mixed with milk or a plant-based beverage for a creamier drink. In this case, the nutritional values of the added liquid must be taken into account.
