Casein Native Micellar (2kg) is a casein manufactured by the brand Addict Sport Nutrition.
This casein is composed of a matrix containing proteins from fresh skimmed milk, providing undenatured proteins. These proteins have a higher biological value than most other proteins. Micellar casein is a slow-digesting protein containing high-quality proteins, known as native casein. In a 30 g dose of Micellar Casein Native, you'll find around 25 g of protein. Proteins are essential for the body, and even more so if you're an athlete. They help build and maintain muscle mass.
According to some scientists, casein helps maintain amino acid release into the bloodstream for up to 7 hours, and provides nitrogen balance for longer than any other type of protein. In concrete terms, casein has a very high anti-catabolic effect, which limits the loss of muscle mass.
During the night, between meals or during long periods of fasting, nitrogen balance is necessary. Taking casein helps restore nitrogen balance, as well as providing a sustainable supply of protein and amino acids.
Micellar Casein Native is low in sugars and saturated fats. You can use it whether you're leaning, building mass or simply maintaining your muscle mass.

Take 1 scoop (30g) with 180 to 240 ml of water or the drink of your choice, two or three times a day, depending on your protein requirements. Do not exceed 4 doses per day. We recommend that you take Micellar Caseine Native between meals, after your workout or 30 minutes before bedtime.
