Need’s Protein Pancakes (1 kg) by Eric Favre is a powdered mix designed to quickly make delicious, protein-rich pancakes.
It lets you replace the many ingredients in a homemade recipe with a ready-to-use mix: simply add water or milk, stir, and cook the batter for a few minutes in a skillet. Each serving provides 23.88 g of protein.
It also provides 25.08 g of carbohydrates, 3.84 g of sugars, and only 1.23 g of fat. Protein helps build and maintain muscle mass: this product is therefore particularly well-suited if you want to boost your breakfast or snack without settling for a standard protein shake.
The formula combines oat flour, whole egg powder, whey protein isolate, and whey protein concentrate. This gives you a blend that provides both dairy- and egg-based proteins, as well as carbohydrates derived primarily from oats.

Net weight : 1 kgPour 60 g of powder—about 3 20-g scoops—into a shaker or bowl. Add 120 ml of water, milk, or plant-based milk, then mix vigorously until you have a smooth, even batter. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly oil it if necessary. Pour in the equivalent of a small ladleful of batter, then cook for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Enjoy one serving per day as needed:
- for breakfast as an occasional substitute for your porridge or toast;
- as a snack between meals;
- before a workout to combine protein and carbohydrates;
- after your workout to round out your daily nutrient intake.
Gradually add a little liquid if you prefer a thinner batter, but don’t dilute it too much to keep the pancakes thick and fluffy.
