Caretaker Glow EAA (360 g) by Zoomad Labs is a powdered formula that combines the 9 essential amino acids with L-glutamine, magnesium, calcium, vitamin B6, ginseng, and BioPerine®, designed to fit easily into your workout routine.
The product is available in Berry Blast, Ice Melon, Lime Lemon, and Mad Mango. Each serving provides 5,861 mg of essential amino acids, including 1,465 mg of L-leucine, 977 mg of L-lysine, 733 mg of L-valine, 733 mg of L-threonine, and 611 mg of L-isoleucine.
The formula also provides 2,442 mg of MEIHUA® L-glutamine, bringing the total free amino acid content to over 8 g per serving. The amino acid profile includes all 9 EAAs: leucine, isoleucine, valine, lysine, threonine, phenylalanine, methionine, histidine, and tryptophan.
Among these are the 3 BCAAs, which are naturally included in this formula—making it more comprehensive than a product based solely on branched-chain amino acids. Caretaker Glow EAA also provides 112.5 mg of magnesium and 240 mg of calcium per serving.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, normal energy metabolism, and the reduction of fatigue. Calcium also contributes to normal muscle function. The formula is rounded out with 1.4 mg of vitamin B6.
Vitamin B6 contributes, in particular, to normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of fatigue. Zoomad Labs also adds 30.5 mg of Panax ginseng extract as well as 5 mg of BioPerine®, providing 4.75 mg of piperine.
One serving contains only 35 kcal, 0.36 g of carbohydrates (including 0.06 g of sugars), and 8.3 g of protein. The formula is therefore primarily focused on amino acids and micronutrients, with very little sugar and fat.
