1) Apply a small amount of gel by hand to the abdominal area, massaging in with circular movements until completely absorbed. After a few moments, a sensation of cold and heat will be felt.
A slight redness and tingling may appear on the application areas, indicating the product's reaction. If any other reaction is observed, discontinue use.
2) Apply the gel 1 or 2 times a day, preferably after showering and before going to bed.
3) Wash your hands and wrists after application. For best results, do not rinse targeted areas.
4) Use only on recommended areas. Do not apply to irritated or cut skin. In case of contact with eyes and mucous membranes, rinse thoroughly with water.
