Gymballs

Gym balls, also known as swiss balls, gym balls or fit balls, can be used for toning exercises, proprioception exercises and stretching, all of which involve and deeply strengthen all the muscles of the body. Gymballs are in fact inflatable balls of various sizes, generally used as fitness accessories at home or in most gyms and classes for gentle gymnastics, pilates, strength training and rehabilitation.
