The Compex SP 4.0 electrostimulator has been designed to meet the needs of athletes who train regularly, both in terms of design and ease of use. Their assiduous practice exposes them to more injuries than the occasional athlete. That's why the SP 4.0 incorporates both training and rehabilitation functionalities, and features the very latest MI Muscle Intelligence™ technologies (half-Scan, half-Range and half-Tens.)

Whether with the aim of improving muscle strength, gaining muscle volume or simply for relaxation and recovery, the Compex SP 4 .0 offers a wide choice of varied programs (30 in total) for excellent results. It allows you to work targeted areas such as the abdominals and lumbar region. It incorporates a Cross-training program to improve all-round performance by varying the way you work your muscles. To increase volume, the SP 4.0 is also designed to induce hypertrophy. In the event of a forced halt to sporting activity, SP 4.0 includes muscular re-education programs to help recover the capacity and volume of the weakened muscle as quickly as possible.
After the effort, the comfort... and recovery is not left out with a regenerating massage program, facilitating recovery and reducing the sensation of fatigue. This is complemented by pain-relieving programs to relieve simple muscular tension as well as tendonitis-type inflammation.

Thanks to the Mi-Sensor sensory sensor which probes the muscle, the particular muscular characteristics of each individual are taken into account for personalized, perfectly-adjusted sessions. Once the electrostimulator has diagnosed your muscles, the mi-SCAN function adapts stimulation to your own physical condition and chosen objectives, the mi-RANGE function adapts the intensity required for optimal muscle stimulation in low-frequency programs for recovery or massage, while the mi-TENS function regulates stimulation and avoids sudden contractions to remain within the pain-relief threshold.
