HMB MEGA (120 caps) from Olimp Sport Nutrition is a dietary supplement in capsules containing calcium β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate. HMB (beta-hydroxy beta-methylbutyrate) is a metabolite of the branched-chain amino acid "Leucine".
HMB helps reduce protein degradation due to intensive exercise, thus limiting muscle cell destruction. It thus minimizes muscle damage and helps repair and strengthen muscle fibers. In addition to this protective, anti-catabolic role during exercise, it also helps accelerate muscle growth during rest periods.
According to scientific studies, 3g of HMB per day could help counter muscle catabolism, improve endurance and repair muscle fibers. HMB also stimulates collagen production, ensuring tissue regeneration and elasticity.
Net weight : 174 gTake 2 to 4 capsules a day, with plenty of water, before breakfast, before training, after training or before bedtime.
