Glycine from Yam Nutrition is a supplement made from 100% pure glycine, an amino acid naturally present in the body. Versatile and essential, it plays a key role in many vital functions.
It is involved in protein synthesis, particularly collagen, which is essential for healthy skin, joints, ligaments and bones. Optimal glycine intake therefore contributes to the proper maintenance of connective tissue, particularly for athletes or during recovery periods.
