Each 125 g serving provides 451 kcal, 33 g of protein, and 59 g of carbohydrates, making it a nutrient-dense formula that’s convenient if you struggle to meet your nutritional needs through regular meals alone. The formula combines several sources of carbohydrates—such as maltodextrin, fructose, and oat flour—with a blend of whey and milk proteins: whey concentrate, whey isolate, milk protein concentrate, and calcium caseinate.
Protein helps maintain and build muscle mass, making this product ideal if you’re looking to support your progress with a more structured nutrition plan. Hard Gainer Extreme also contains 5.1 g of L-glutamine and 4.4 g of creatine per serving, as well as a vitamin and mineral complex including vitamin C, magnesium, zinc, iron, B vitamins, vitamin D3, and vitamin A.
Creatine enhances physical performance during successive sets of very intense, short-duration exercises when daily intake reaches 3 g. The 2.5 kg size is available in Chocolate Smooth and Strawberry Cream flavors.
