MyProtein Micellar Casein (1 kg) is a protein powder made from micellar casein, a source of protein naturally found in milk.
Unlike traditional whey protein, which is often used for its rapid absorption around workout times, casein is valued for its more gradual release. It is therefore particularly well-suited as a long-lasting snack between meals or before bedtime.
