Isomax Sport Drink from Powerbar is an isotonic sports drink containing 5 electrolytes and a blend of 2 carbohydrate sources, also known as C2MAX.
Consuming an isotonic drink during exercise is particularly interesting for endurance athletes who need to draw on their reserves to last over a prolonged period. This type of exercise requires a large dose of energy, while perspiration eliminates electrolytes. The body therefore needs to be efficiently recharged with fast carbohydrates and the electrolytes required for proper body and muscle function.
Isomax contains sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, magnesium and 33g of sugar per dose.
The formula has also been enriched with 400mg of the amino acid L-arginine and 75mg of caffeine to boost performance and give a real kick-start sensation.
Isomax is only available in Blood Orange, a natural orange flavor.
Net weight : 1,2 kgFor an isotonic drink, mix 50 g (approx. 3 scoops) in 750 ml of water.
For activities lasting over 60 minutes (1h):
