In fact, the blend ofwarming essential oils(cinnamon, ginger and wintergreen), camphor and ginger root, will maintain thewarm-up achieved during your training and enable you to reduce muscular and tendon problems during your events, ideal for training preparation .
The gel's oxygenating and draining action promotes muscle recovery and relaxation by eliminating the metabolic waste accumulated in your muscles post-exercise.
The silicium-based massage gel gives off a sensation of softness that is rapidly absorbed by the skin thanks to its light, non-greasy texture.
Apply massage gel to muscles and joints 2 times a day, and 30 min before exercise for physical preparation.
