What is the Summer Fit Challenge?
The Summer Fit Challenge is a complete 4-week sports and nutrition program in the form of an e-book. Designed by our coaching and nutrition experts, the program is suitable for beginners and experienced athletes alike. But of course, some special features have been added for the bravest among you. All in all, over 70 pages of guidance to help you achieve your dream body!
What's inside?
Diet is 70% of the work!
It's a well-known fact that no matter how hard you train, if you don't eat properly, the results won't follow. That's why Summer Fit Challenge has an entire section devoted to nutrition. Inside, you'll find an eating plan adapted to men and women , as well as numerous nutritional tips . Our nutritionist has prepared 17 detailed recipes for healthy breakfasts , snacks, lunches and gourmet dinners. Finally, to help you achieve optimum results, we've added a complete shopping list to fill your fridge with healthy products.
No bread, no gain!
Now that you've learned all about nutrition, it's time to work up a sweat with your training plan. In this section, you'll find a 4-week training program consisting of 3 to 4 sessions mixing muscle strengthening and cardio-training. Depending on the session, you'll work your upper body, lower body, abs or full-body. To help you achieve your goal, we've also added special HIIT sessions. The Summer Fit Challenge doesn't require any restrictions, as it can be done in the gym, outdoors or at home. However, we've added a list of accessories that you might find useful during your workouts. Finally, you'll need to fill in a measurement chart to track your progress, as the results on the scale do not reflect your physical results.
