Organic cassava maltodextrin (450g) is a carbohydrate powder from the brand Atlet.
Maltodextrin is a source of carbohydrates with the particularity of being rapidly absorbed and assimilated. In this product you'll find 39.1g of carbohydrates per serving, providing you with the energy you need for your endurance session.
This formula is mainly based on manioc and coconut blossom sugar. Cassava is a plant known for its nutritional benefits, and has the advantage of a low glycemic index. A low glycemic index helps boost glycogen stores, which are particularly important for long-duration efforts. Coconut blossom sugar is a sugar made from coconut blossoms, which also boasts a low glycemic index. What's more, coconut blossom sugar contains a form of prebiotic called inulin, which is thought to support intestinal flora. Rich in minerals, coconut sugar contains calcium, potassium and iron, as well as 16 of 20 amino acids.
Atlet maltodextrin is certified organic and gluten-free, and has a neutral taste.
Before exercise: Dilute 40 g (4 doses) with 500 ml of water or 80 g (8 doses) with 1 liter of water. Consume during the 3 days prior to competition. Consume 1 liter of maltodextrin per day. Drink in small sips throughout the day.
During exercise: Using the same dosage (4 doses for 500 ml of water), this preparation can be consumed during your training sessions or competitions.
