Carbonox (1kg) is a product designed by the brand Olimp Sport Nutrition.
This product is designed to ensure the stability of carbohydrate levels in the blood, thus preventing hypoglycemia during intensive exercise. This stability is guaranteed for up to 2 hours after taking the product.
How does Carbonox work?
This solution contains several carbohydrate sources: maltodextrin, glucose and isomaltulose. These three sources have different glycemic indexes and absorptions, but also highly effective carbohydrate nutrients so you never run out of energy. You'll find 48g of carbohydrates per serving (50g), helping to restore normal muscular function (contraction) after very intense and/or prolonged physical effort resulting in muscular fatigue and a depletion of glycogen reserves in skeletal muscles.
Carbonox is also a source of monosaccharides, oligosaccharides and polysaccharides. It also contains 160 µg vitamin A, 2.4 mg vitamin E, 0.28 mg vitamin B6, as well as vitamin D, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, folic acid, biotin and pantothenic acid.
It contains no saturated fatty acids (lipids) or aspartame.
This supplement is designed for athletes practising intensive sporting activities such as bodybuilding. Post-training, isomaltulose causes a high saturation of monosaccharides in the blood. This same carbohydrate is simultaneously broken down into glucose and fructose, resulting in improved muscle building and hepatic glycogen regeneration. What is isomaltulose? A source of glucose and fructose.

You can take it before or during your workout. You can enjoy it with water or add it to your BCAA shaker.

Mix 1 portion (1 x 50 g scoop) in your shaker with 100 ml water. Consume around a workout or intense physical effort. Preferably 30 minutes before your pre-workout or during your workout to stay hydrated. You can also take it at the end of your session as a snack with a lean protein source such as whey protein, whey protein isolate or casein. The dose can be adjusted according to your daily energy intake (which depends on the macronutrient content of your diet and your body weight).
