Tube hydratis (20 tabs) are hydration tablets designed by the brand Hydratis. This solution enriches water with minerals, sodium, trace elements and glucose to create an ultra-hydrating drink.
The Hydratis drink enables water to be absorbed more quickly and efficiently by the body, helping to promote muscle recovery, reduce fatigue and combat cell stress (due to dehydration). It's a simple, effective way to ensure optimal hydration!
Each lozenge contains the following active ingredients: magnesium, potassium, chloride, zinc, manganese, sodium chloride and dextrose. Magnesium reduces physical and cerebral fatigue, and helps reduce cramps and muscular pain. Potassium supports normal muscle and nerve function. Chloride helps digestion and general mental balance. Zinc supports the immune system and combats cell ageing. Manganese protects cells from stress and is effective against fatigue. Sodium chloride accelerates the absorption of water into the body, keeping it hydrated. Dextrose is added to enhance absorption of other components into the bloodstream.
Pastilles are made with natural flavours, no colouring, no preservatives and gluten-free. Low in calories, with just 42 kcal per lozenge, it's a good alternative to other drinks that are often too high in fat and sugar.
Electrolytes are highly effective for all forms of dehydration, and are particularly recommended during: sustained physical activity, heatwaves, to combat hangovers, changes of climate when traveling... and many others.

For daily hydration: Take 1 tablet in the morning and evening for better energy and concentration.
For sports: Dosage varies according to intensity and duration of exercise. To maintain good hydration, you need to compensate for the loss of electrolytes. Take 2 tablets in a 500 ml water bottle, and repeat as necessary. Drink every 15 to 20 minutes during exercise. Take 2 lozenges in your water bottle during and after exercise, for improved endurance and recovery.
After alcohol consumption: Take 2 lozenges in a glass of water before going to bed, and again in the morning, to help you get through the day.
Hydratis can be taken by children aged 3 and over.
