Several dishes are available:

When you're in the mood for a tasty, nutritious meal!
Microwave: Pierce or remove the aluminum foil from the plate and place in the microwave.
Heat at 850 W for 2.5 minutes. Pan / Saucepan: Heat the contents of the plate in a saucepan for 10 minutes.
In boiling water: Place closed plate in a pot of boiling water, heat for 10 minutes.
Store in original packaging, in a dry place at a maximum temperature of 25°C.
