TA Energy 's Post Training Drink Mix (600g) is an ultra-complete recovery drink, specially designed to help you replenish your energy, promote muscle repair and prepare your body to perform again, right from the next session.
Each serving provides 38 g of carbohydrates, to effectively recharge your energy reserves, support your mental state after exercise and enhance your overall recovery.
With 16 g of protein, you give your body the building blocks it needs to build, repair and preserve muscle mass. The presence of BCAA (2:1:1) (2000 mg) and glutamine (1000 mg) further optimizes recovery by limiting muscle catabolism and promoting fiber reconstruction.
Enriched with L-arginine (1000 mg), to support blood circulation and tissue oxygenation, and vitamin C, an antioxidant that helps protect your cells against oxidative stress. Vitamin B6 is involved in protein and carbohydrate metabolism, for optimal nutrient assimilation.
A balanced, complete and effective formula, ideal after an intense session, strength training or prolonged endurance outing.
