Essential Omega 3 (90 caps) by MyProtein is a dietary supplement made from fish oil standardized for EPA and DHA, two fatty acids in the omega-3 family.
It’s for you if you want an easy way to boost your omega-3 intake, especially if you don’t eat much fatty fish like salmon, mackerel, or sardines. Each serving provides 300 mg of omega-3, including 180 mg of EPA and 120 mg of DHA.
With the recommended daily dose of 3 capsules, you’ll get 900 mg of omega-3, including 540 mg of EPA and 360 mg of DHA. DHA helps maintain normal vision and normal brain function. EPA and DHA also support normal heart function, provided you consume at least 250 mg of EPA and DHA daily.
The softgel format is convenient if you want an easy way to take the supplement without a strong fishy taste or any preparation.
