Beta-alanine is a non-essential amino acid that helps supply the body with energy during physical effort.
L-arginine is another non-essential amino acid. Intense effort requires a higher intake of arginine, which the body is unable to synthesize. Frequent consumption of arginine can boost performance and power, especially if you're involved in bodybuilding or endurance sports.
Creatine is a derivative of the three amino acids arginine, glycine and methionine, whose role is to supply energy to the cells during short, intense efforts such as endurance or strength sports (e.g. rugby, swimming, weightlifting, etc.). Creatine is known to improve physical capacities in the case of successive series of very intense, short-duration exercises, at a dose of 3 g of creatine per day.
The caffeine in N1 Pre-Workout can boost performance and reduce fatigue.
