Monster energy ultra (500ml ) is an energy drink formulated by the brand Monster Energy.
This sugar-free drink is very popular with sports enthusiasts for its caffeine content. With nearly 160 mg (depending on flavour) of caffeine per can, Monster Energy are a real boost to reduce the effects of fatigue!
In addition to caffeine, Monster Energy Ultra drinks contain vitamins including B3, B6, B5 and B12. These vitamins contribute to normal energy metabolism. They also contain Taurine, L-Carnitine and Ginseng. Taurine and L-Carnitine are two amino acids, the first of which regulates the heart muscle and acts as a stimulant for the central nervous system. The second uses fats as an energy source, helping to burn excess fat. Ginseng helps combat fatigue.
Monster energy ultra contains inositol. This component is naturally produced in the body, helping to convert nutrients into energy.
This drink is sugar-free and very low in calories.
You can drink these energy drinks instead of your pre-workout, to alternate flavors.
Monster energy ultra is available in several flavors: ultra white (citrus), ultra gold (fruity pineapple), ultra violet (grape citrus), ultra fiesta mango (mango) and ultra black (black cherry).
