I'm Veggie Protein Bar (50g ) is a protein bar made by Olimp Sport Nutrition.
Protein bars are great as a snack to maintain your energy levels and avoid cravings, or simply to top up your daily protein quota to reach your goals. Veggie bars are a source of plant-based protein, with 11g of protein per bar. Olimp Sport Nutrition has designed a protein bar with pea, brown rice and soy protein.
In a practical format, I'm Veggie Protein Bar is easy to take along and consume after your workout. It promotes muscle recovery. Protein helps maintain and increase muscle mass. They also help repair muscle tissue damaged during intense exercise.
These bars are suitable for vegans and vegetarians. There are no ingredients or additives of animal origin. With just 178 kcal and very few sugars, they are also suitable for lean periods or weight loss. The carbohydrates have a very low glycemic index, thanks to the addition of Palatinose.
Vegan bars are enriched with vitamin B12, minerals (zinc, selenium and iodine) and Ashwagandha extract. Vitamin B12 and iodine help maintain the balance of energy metabolism and the proper functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B12 also helps reduce fatigue and support adequate red blood cell production. Zinc helps maintain healthy macronutrient metabolism. Ashwagandha has numerous benefits related to sleep and stress.
Chocolate Peanut flavor is a delicious combination of rich 53% chocolate and the irresistible aroma of roasted peanuts!
