Native Whey (1.2 kg) is a protein derived directly from milk, produced by the brand Nutrimuscle.
This protein concentrate, with a protein content of 80%, is filtered directly from fresh cow's milk. Unlike conventional non-native whey, this protein has not undergone any chemical treatment during the cheese-making process, thus preserving the qualities of untreated milk. It contains no GMP (GlycoMacroPeptide), which impairs the quality of the amino acids present in traditional whey.
Each serving contains up to 31.2 g of protein, depending on flavour, helping to maintain and increase muscle mass.
Native Whey offers a complete aminogram, including essential amino acids (EAA) and many other amino acids that promote muscle synthesis. After intense training, muscles undergo micro-tears. The amino acids contained in whey help repair these tears and promote muscle recovery, which is crucial for efficient progression and minimizing the risk of injury. Essential amino acids, particularly branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) such as leucine, isoleucine and valine, stimulate muscle protein synthesis. Whey contains a high concentration of BCAAs, making it a popular choice for promoting muscle growth.
Nutrimuscle has chosen to work with an organic cocoa producer, guaranteeing a farming practice in line with the quality sought for this product. This lean cocoa, with only 10 to 12% fat, avoids overloading the recipes of Nutrimuscle products with lipids. Alkalized, the cocoa is more soluble and guarantees lump-free use.
Nutrimuscle has selected the patented beta-galactosidase Tolerase™ L from DSM, the Swiss leader in this field. This is an acid lactase that converts lactose into glucose and galactose. This enzyme, derived from a special strain of the fungus Aspergillus oryzae, is particularly effective at digesting lactose in the stomach, thanks to its low pH activity (3.5 - 5.5).
Native Whey is vegetarian, gluten-free, casein-free, compatible with the ketogenic diet, pesco-vegetarian, enriched with probiotics and contains lactase.
It is available in several flavors: Neutral, Vanilla, Chocolate and Chocolate Cookies.

Dilute 40 g (about three scoops) in 25 cl of milk or water. 30 minutes before or after your workout, or as a snack. To prevent the whey from foaming, let it stand for ten minutes. You can also add oat powder to the shaker, or a fatty substance such as cocoa.
Note: avoid chlorinated water, as this will destroy some of the Bacillus coagulans.
