Whey Isolate, or whey protein isolate, is an ultra-refined, pure form of protein, rich in protein, low in sugars and fat-free. Each serving can contain up to 22 g of protein, depending on the flavor chosen. Protein helps build and maintain muscle mass.
What's more, Impact Whey Isolate (1kg) naturally contains essential amino acids, including BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids). These key nutrients, which the body cannot synthesize itself, are the building blocks needed for protein synthesis, helping you to build muscle mass and recover after training.
This protein is low in fat and sugar, with only 0.8 g of sugar per 25 g serving.
