Energy Gel (24x37g) is a box of energy gels manufactured by Mule Bar.
These energy gels provide a real boost during your running, cycling or long-distance outings. Each tube contains up to 114 kcal and 25 g of sugars, depending on flavor! They provide the energy your muscles need throughout your sporting activity.
Energy Gel is made from natural ingredients such as brown rice syrup, agave syrup, pink salt fromHimalaya, cherry juice or coffee, depending on flavor.
Its texture is liquid, and its format is very practical. You can easily reseal the tube for multiple use during your session! You can consume the gel directly or mix it with water.
The gels are available in several flavors: Salted Caramel, Coffee and Cherry.
Net weight : 912 gConsume pure or diluted in 500ml of water.
We advise you to take 1 tube of gel every 45 minutes during exercise (to provide 30g of carbohydrates per hour for efforts of less than 3 hours) at a rate of a third of a tube every 1/4 hour. The gel is resealable, so you don't need to consume it all at once. That's too much sugar, which can have a counter-productive effect during exercise (hypo-reaction, cotton legs...). A regular intake is better than the "yo-yo effect".
Remember to hydrate regularly after each intake to remove the sugar from your mouth. Count on about 500ml of water per hour. If you wait until you're thirsty to drink, it'll be too late. In addition to regular physical activity, you should maintain a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
