With 21g of carbohydrates and 8g of lipids per bar, it provides lasting energy during physical activity. It's rich in natural vitamin C from acerola, which helps combat oxidative stress and protect your body during exercise.
Its ultra-moist, easily digestible, milk- and gluten-free recipe makes it easy to chew, even during exercise. It also contains electrolytes (200 mg) to help maintain your fluid balance.
Formulated with 100% organic ingredients, this bar excludes additives, preservatives and other unnecessary ingredients, offering impeccable quality. Its texture and taste combine performance and pleasure, allowing you to take care of your sports nutrition while enjoying yourself.

DURING EXERCISE:
Take regularly (every 15 minutes for long efforts) in small portions, alternating with other ATLET bars or compote. Consume with water.
AFTER EXERCISE:
The bar should be consumed as soon as possible after exercise (within 30 minutes) to recharge energy reserves (carbohydrate and sodium losses). The bar can also be eaten as a healthy snack at any time of day.
