With 21g of carbohydrates and 8g of lipids per bar, it provides lasting energy during physical activity. It's rich in natural vitamin C from acerola, which helps combat oxidative stress and protect your body during exercise.
Its ultra-moist, easily digestible, milk- and gluten-free recipe makes it easy to chew, even during exercise. It also contains electrolytes (200 mg) to help maintain your fluid balance.

The bar should be consumed as soon as possible after exercise (within 30 minutes) to recharge energy reserves (carbohydrate and sodium losses). The bar can also be eaten as a healthy snack at any time of day.
