Boisson isotonique (6x50cl) are intra-training drinks, in packs of 6 bottles, manufactured by the Andros Sport brand.
Isotonic drinks are beneficial for hydration before and during exercise. The balance of nutrients promotes hydration of muscle cells, and this drink is mainly composed of fruit, juices andnatural ingredients.
This drink is a real remedy against fatigue, thanks to the presence of vitamins C and B6, which help combat effort-related fatigue. The vitamin B2 contained in this drink helps protect cells against exercise-induced oxidative stress. It acts as an effective antioxidant shield! As well as providing a significant amount of vitamins, it also offers an energy boost thanks to the presence of glucose and fructose from the fruit contained in the drink.
The taste of this drink is intensely fruity and pleasant to consume. What's more, it comes in a practical format, so you can pour it straight into your shaker or gallon.
With only 155 kcal for the citrus flavour and 150 kcal for the red fruit flavour, this drink will become your ideal training ally!
