Energy fruit pulp (10x65g) are compotes made by the Mule Bar brand.
Positioned between an energy bar and an energy gel, these fruit compotes provide a feeling of satiety while being easy to consume during prolonged exercise. They're both fruity and refreshing!
Each portion provides up to 143 kcal and 27 g of sugar, depending on flavor.
Their practical format, with a resealable cap, means they can be consumed in batches. Compact, fruit pulps slip easily into the back pocket of a cycling jersey, running shorts or trail vest!
The flavors are intensely fruity, with options such as apricot, red berries, beet or banana, for a real moment of freshness!
This compote is vegan.
Available in three flavors: Apricot, Banana and Beetroot Strawberry Gooseberry.
Net weight : 650 gWe advise you to take a gourd every hour during exercise (to provide 30g of carbohydrates per hour for efforts of less than 3 hours) at the rate of a third of a gourd every 20 minutes. It's resealable, so you don't need to consume it all at once like with a classic gel. This means too much sugar, which can have a counter-productive effect during exercise (hypo-reaction, cotton legs...). A regular intake is better than a yo-yo effect".
